Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage IT service management processes using ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs. - Design, implement, and maintain ITSM processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, and release management. - Analyze data from various sources (e.g., ticketing systems) to identify trends and areas for improvement in IT services delivery. **Job Requirements :** - 6-19 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry. - Strong understanding of ITIL v3/4 framework and its application in an IT environment. - Proficiency in ServiceNow platform including SPM module.
