The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow GRC modules to help organizations manage risk, compliance, audits, and policy management effectively.** **Key Skills Required** **Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM)** **Hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC implementation, customization, and support projects** **Expertise in Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management** **Experience in Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Vendor Risk Management (VRM)** **Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes and frameworks** **Experience configuring Risk Registers, Controls, Indicators, Assessments, and Issue Management** **Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes** **Experience integrating ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems and security tools** **Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS** **Experience in Risk Assessments, Compliance Testing, Control Testing, and Remediation Tracking** **Strong understanding of ServiceNow Platform capabilities including ACLs, UI Policies, Notifications, Catalogs, and Reporting** **Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment**
