Could you be the full-time Services Supply Chain Head in Bangalore we’re looking for? **Your future role** Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and performance-driven expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You'll play a key role in shaping and deploying supply chain strategies that align with our global and regional goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as regional supply chain teams, finance, and HR), define and implement processes, and drive performance improvement initiatives. You’ll specifically take care of setting up standards, processes, and tools, but also ensuring their deployment and adoption across regions and clusters. We’ll look to you for: - Adapting and deploying supply chain strategies and footprint in alignment with global and regional strategies - Setting up standards (processes, methods, tools) and managing associated documentation - Managing deployment roadmaps through regions and clusters - Identifying regional and cluster needs and defining requirements for transversal processes and tools - Contributing to the improvement and validation of transversal processes and tools - Deploying targeted organizational structures and people development roadmaps - Managing World Class Manufacturing networks and fostering a robust supply chain culture - Assessing key supply chain competencies and animating development roadmaps - Preparing and following budgets, identifying opportunities, and leveraging synergies for improvement initiatives - Setting up performance KPIs and leading regular performance reviews - Contributing to network design for major bids and ensuring compliance with process reviews and audits - Providing support to sites on supply chain stabilization or mobilization for emerging sites and new businesses **All About You** We value passion and attitude over experience.
