- Design, configure, and deploy **Agentforce** agents within Salesforce to support automated customerfacing and internal service scenarios. - Develop agent instructions, topics, and actions using **Agentforce Studio** and approved promptengineering practices. - Integrate Agentforce with **Salesforce Data Cloud** to enable grounded, contextaware AI responses using unified customer and case data. - Extend agent capabilities using **Apex**, **Flows**, and external API integrations where required. Tune and validate AI model settings to ensure highquality, safe, and compliant AIgenerated responses. - Build and optimise **Einstein Prompt Builder** templates across multiple service and operational use cases. - Apply structured promptengineering techniques (e.g., fewshot examples, structured outputs) to improve accuracy and consistency. - Design prompts supporting scenarios such as case summarisation, recommended actions, anomaly detection, and knowledge retrieval. Manage prompt lifecycle activities, including testing, versioning, governance, and rollout across environments. - Integrate **Einstein AI models**, approved thirdparty LLMs via **Model Builder**, and retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) frameworks. - Establish evaluation processes to measure response quality, factual accuracy, reduction of hallucinations, and business impact.
