Description We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce strategy and leading the technical implementation of projects. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. Lead architecture discussions and define system design and integration patterns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Review and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance and best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and new features, providing recommendations for enhancements. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 13-15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development. Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Proficient in integration techniques and tools, such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Experience with Salesforce best practices, security, and governance. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies in Salesforce development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. .
