The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture and development, with a proven track record of designing scalable and efficient solutions. **Responsibilities** - ------------------- * Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements. * Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to team members. * Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and tools to improve performance and efficiency. * Ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce development and deployment processes. * Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams. * Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance. **Skills and Qualifications** - ---------------------------- * 16-20 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. * Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools. * Proficiency in data modeling and management within Salesforce. * Understanding of security and sharing model in Salesforce. * Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate effectively with stakeholders. * Salesforce certifications such as Architect, Developer, or Admin are highly desirable.
