**Position: SF Project Manager** **Experience: 6-10 Years** **Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Mumbai/New Delhi** **Mandatary Skill: SF Functional Consultant Back ground with SF** **Projects** **Delivery as a Project Manager Designation** **Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days** **Job Description:** 6 to 10 years of comprehensive HR experience, including 5 to 10 years dedicated Project Manager experience specialized in SuccessFactors expertise. Successfully managed at least 2 end-to-end implementations and more than 2+ AMS support projects. Expertise in SAP Activate Methodology: Leading projects through all phases Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Runensuring adherence to SAP Best Practices. End-to-End Implementation Management: Owning the project lifecycle for multi- module rollouts (EC, Talent, LMS, Payroll), managing scope, timelines, and high- quality deliverables. AMS & Support Leadership: Managing Application Management Services (AMS) for global clients, overseeing SLA compliance, ticket prioritization, and release management for semi-annual SF updates. Stakeholder & Change Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for C-level stakeholders, driving digital transformation, and managing organizational change readiness. Resource & Budget Oversight: Managing cross-functional teams (Functional,Technical, Integrations) and tracking project budgets, utilization, and resource forecasting. • Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identifying project bottlenecks, managing RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery. • Integration & Data Migration Governance: Overseeing the coordination between SF teams and legacy/3rd-party system owners to ensure seamless data cutover and integration testing (SIT/UAT). • Global Delivery Coordination: Managing geographically dispersed teams and collaborating with regional leads to handle localized legal and HR requirements. • Third-Party Vendor Management: Acting as the lead coordinator between the client, SAP, and third-party vendors (e.g., benefits providers, or implementation partners) to ensure technical alignment. • Business Process Optimization: Moving beyond "lift and shift" to lead Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) workshops, ensuring the client adopts "Leading Practices" rather than over-customizing the system. • Conflict Resolution & Negotiation: Navigating complex internal politics and conflicting requirements between different regions or departments (e.g., IT vs. HR vs. Finance) to maintain a unified project goal. • Pre-sales Support: Assisting the sales team with SOW (Statement of Work) creation, effort estimation, and presenting project execution roadmaps to prospective clients. • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensuring all project documentation (Configuration Workbooks, Test Scripts, Sign-offs) meets audit standards and corporate compliance requirements. • Post Go-Live Hypercare Leadership: Designing and managing the Hypercare support model, ensuring a smooth transition from the project team to the business-as-usual (BAU) support or AMS team. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with C-level stakeholders. • Need to be a team player • Bachelors or masters degree • Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow • Business Travel: Project-specific travelling is mandatory for all SAP Consultants and Project Managers
