The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and architecture, with the ability to design and implement complex solutions to meet business needs. **Responsibilities** - ------------------- * Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define and document technical requirements. * Lead the integration of Salesforce with third-party applications and systems. * Develop technical documentation and architecture diagrams for solutions. * Guide and mentor junior developers and other team members on Salesforce best practices. * Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to Salesforce development standards. * Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of Salesforce applications. * Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features. **Skills and Qualifications** - ---------------------------- * 10-13 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL/SOSL. * Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware). * Proficiency in database management and data modeling concepts. * Familiarity with Salesforce security and sharing model. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
