**Experience required- 6-12 Years** **Job Location- PAN India** **Your Role** As a **Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant** , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to deliver personalized customer journeys and impactful campaigns. **In this role, you will play a key role in:** - Designing and implementing end-to-end marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Building and managing multi-channel campaigns across Email, Mobile, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio - Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions - Ensuring data integration, segmentation, and personalization using Contact Builder and Data Designer - Monitoring campaign performance, troubleshooting issues, and continuously optimizing journeys and automations **Your Profile** **Top 5 Technical Skills** 1. **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** – Strong hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder 2. **AMPscript & SQL** – Proficiency in writing AMPscript for personalization and SQL queries for data extensions and segmentation 3. **Data Integration** – Experience with data modeling, data extensions, and integrations using APIs or SFTP 4. **Journey & Campaign Orchestration** – Expertise in designing complex, personalized, and scalable customer journeys 5. **Marketing Cloud Connect & Integrations** – Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or external systems **What you'll love about working here** - You can shape your career with us.
