Job Title: .NET Developer Location: Pune/Bangalore Company: Johnson Controls (JCI) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications using the .NET framework. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our software solutions, contributing to the design and architecture of applications, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable and robust applications using .NET technologies. • Lead the design and architecture of software applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver functional software solutions. • Write clean, scalable code using C# and .NET programming languages. • Review and debug code, and conduct peer code reviews to maintain high code quality. • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 6+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies. • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API. • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS is a plus. • Proficient in working with databases, especially MS SQL Server. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
