We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Administrator** to own the administration, governance, security, and operational excellence of enterprise Microsoft 365 platforms. Experience : 7-15 years Location : Bangalore /Hyderabad/Chennai Mode : Hybrid **Required Qualifications** - SharePoint Online Administration, Power Platform Administration, PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, Powerpage, ShareGate, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Governance, DLP, CI/CD, ALM, Security & Compliance. - Hands-on experience with ShareGate migration. - Strong PowerShell and PnP PowerShell scripting expert. - Experience implementing enterprise governance framework. - Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub CI/CD for Power Platform. - Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and Entra ID **Preferred Qualification:** - Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub for pipeline management - Experience supporting Copilot and AI-enabled workloads within governed environment - Strong documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
