What’s in it for you? o Immense exposure and learning o Excellent career growth o Company of highly passionate leaders and mentors o Ability to build things from scratch **Know more about MGS: -** **https://www.mizuhogroup.com/asia-pacific/mizuho-global-services** Job Description: Senior SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate Developer **Experience Required:** 12+ years **Job Location:** Chennai **Role Summary** We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate Developer with 12+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, workflow automation, application modernization, and enterprise collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable business applications and automation solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Lists, Dataverse, and related Microsoft 365 services. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the design, development, customization, and deployment of SharePoint Online and SharePoint on-premises solutions. - Develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including canvas apps and model-driven apps. - Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate with standard and premium connectors as applicable. - Build and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, permissions, document management workflows, and collaboration portals. - Translate business requirements into technical designs, solution architecture, prototypes, and production-ready applications. - Knowledge on SharePoint administration and power BI is an added advantage. - Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, OneDrive, Microsoft Lists, and SharePoint. - Work with Dataverse, SQL, APIs, and other enterprise data sources for application integration and data-driven solutions. - Provide technical leadership, code reviews, best practices, and mentoring to junior developers and support teams. - Manage application lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, documentation, support, and enhancements. - Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, access control, data governance, and enterprise architecture standards. - Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing support for SharePoint and Power Platform applications. - Collaborate with business users, project managers, infrastructure teams, security teams, and Microsoft 365 administrators. **Required Technical Skills** - Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, Microsoft 365, and modern SharePoint development. - Expertise in Power Apps development, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, forms customization, responsive design, and role-based access. - Advanced experience in Power Automate, including approvals, scheduled flows, event-triggered flows, error handling, notifications, and integrations. - Experience with SharePoint Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, CSOM, and Microsoft Graph APIs. - Good understanding of Dataverse, Microsoft Lists, SQL Server, JSON, API integrations, and data modelling concepts. - Experience with Power Platform environments, solutions, deployment pipelines, connection references, environment variables, and governance practices. - Knowledge of Microsoft Teams integration, Adaptive Cards, Office Scripts, Power BI integration, and Microsoft 365 security concepts. - Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, permissions, information architecture, and data loss prevention policies. - Experience with ALM practices, version control, release management, testing, documentation, and production support. **Required Professional Skills** - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to engage with business stakeholders and convert functional needs into technical solutions. - Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and lead complex solution delivery initiatives. - Strong ownership mindset with focus on quality, scalability, security, and user experience. - Ability to mentor developers and promote reusable components, standards, and best practices. **Educational Qualification** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered. **Preferred Certifications** - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate. - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. - Microsoft Certified: SharePoint or Microsoft 365 related certifications. **Preferred Experience** - Experience in enterprise Microsoft 365 environments with governance, security, and compliance requirements. - Experience in migration from legacy SharePoint or manual processes to modern SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions. - Experience in building approval workflows, audit tracking systems, request management tools, dashboards, and operational automation solutions. - Exposure to Power Platform
