**Job Title: SPFx Lead Developer - Power Platform** **Location: Pan India** **Role Summary** We are looking for a hands-on SPFx Lead who can own the technical delivery of custom solutions while guiding a small team of developers. You will stay close to the code, set the standards the team follows, and be the go-to person for the tricky problems that juniors escalate. This role sits between pure development and technical management, so you are expected to still build, review, and unblock. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the design and build of SPFx web parts, extensions, and Adaptive Card Extensions, and own the harder or more sensitive components yourself. - Break down requirements into workable tasks, assign them across the team, and track technical progress against delivery timelines. - Run code reviews, enforce coding standards, and own the ALM setup (PnP, gulp, CI/CD, App Catalog deployment). - Mentor developers, and provide the technical KT and hands-on guidance they need to ramp up. - Act as the technical point of contact for functional leads and client stakeholders on solution feasibility and estimates. - Own L2/L3 escalations for SPFx and Power Platform solutions in production, and drive root-cause fixes rather than workarounds. - Coordinate Power Platform work (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) alongside the SPFx stack so solutions hang together end to end. **Must-Have Skills** - Deep SPFx development with React, TypeScript, and the full Node/gulp toolchain, including performance and packaging concerns. - Strong SharePoint Online architecture knowledge and mastery of PnPjs and PnP PowerShell. - Solid Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST/CSOM, and Entra ID app registration/permission experience. - Power Platform delivery experience across Power Apps and Power Automate, ideally with Dataverse. - Proven experience leading a small development team and running code reviews. - CI/CD and Git-based ALM discipline. **Good-to-Have Skills** - Copilot Studio, Power Pages, or Power BI exposure. - SharePoint on-premises (2019/SPSE) for hybrid or migration contexts. - Experience estimating and scoping work for proposals or SOWs. **Experience & Qualifications** - Typically 6 to 9 years, with at least a couple of those in a lead or senior developer capacity. - Certifications such as MS-600, PL-400, or PL-600 are an advantage. **Soft Skills** - Comfortable being both the technical authority and the person who unblocks and mentors. - Clear communicator who can translate between developers and non-technical stakeholders.
