**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage and coordinate electrical maintenance activities for DG sets, HT panels, MEP systems, and chillers. - Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. - Perform technical analysis of complex issues related to HVAC, electrical systems, and mechanical components. - Supervise junior technicians and provide guidance on troubleshooting techniques. **Job Requirements :** - 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry. - Strong knowledge of DG sets, HT panels, MEP systems, chillers, and their respective applications. - Proficiency in performing electrical maintenance tasks including repairs, replacements, and installations.
