**Key Responsibilities:** - Handle HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS & panels - Ensure zero downtime power supply across the facility - Manage preventive & breakdown maintenance - Monitor energy consumption & optimize efficiency - Ensure statutory compliance & safety standards - Coordinate with vendors, contractors & tenants - Maintain logs, reports & electrical documentation - 1 to 7 years experience in IT Parks / Commercial Buildings / Facility Management - Strong knowledge of power systems & electrical troubleshooting
