**Job Context** **Job Purpose** **Efficiently manage the shift production operations within defined guidelines process parameters to get the desired quality quantity of product.** **Job Responsibilities** **"- Manage the shift schedules of operators as per the production requirements** **- Supervise day to day production activities as per defined process parameters and assist to resolve the deviations like leakages, spillages unsafe conditions** **- Achieve the planned production targets by monitoring process parameters, yield quality during the shift?** **- Give instructions to the DCS operators run the operations as per the SOP guidelines** **- Duly brief the reliever about the running status of the batch/process other breakdown or deviation by proper hand over take over while shift change** **- Ensure availability maintain records of? raw materials finished goods by communicating with other divisions departments like stores material** **- Regular review of log sheets to identify and rectify the deviations and fill checklists as applicable** **- Manage production entries service work orders in Google Sheets or SAP in case of non-availability of immediate superior** **- Ensure the required availability levels of utilities(steam, air, cooling water) report shortfalls to the superior** **- Act as an incident controller in absence of SMC - Site Main Controller** **- Troubleshoot and resolve all issues efficiently to ensure minimum breakdown or downtime, conduct toolbox talks on a regular basis** **- Verify the quantity quality of batch raw material and maintain the records of process parameters like (PH, scrubber, dip-check, weight, load cell, density)** **- Monitor control environmental parameters during the shifts** **- Attend the mandatory trainings, mock drills and fire fighting trainings** **- Ensure the plant and equipment operations are as per the defined SOPs** **- Monitor the loading and unloading activities during the shift** **- Coordinate with QC lab for results of samples and report to seniors** **- Attend the trainings as per the plan and schedule** **- Understand and learn from the trainings imparted and raise queries for better clarity?** **- Provide inputs regarding the performance of the Operators post the trainings** **- Allocate job to maintenance contract supervisor as per schedules requirements** **- Participate in Job Safety Analysis before initiating any work and follow the Permit System accordingly, ensure the permit closure post work completion** **- Reporting of all the deviations in shift for his plant.troubleshooting of all the deviations in time** **""- Review all the quality reports ensure that all the shift activities are inline to meet the quality requirement** **- Reporting of all the quality deviation to section incharge immediately""** **""- Participate in execution of MoCs** **- Follow all the MOC procedure for all the modifications in his shift""** **- Participate in all PSSR in the shift** **""- Maintain good Housekeeping Safety standards in the plant for smooth operations.** **- Ensure all the points of GPC are attended ""** **""- Handle the emergency situations inform the superiors for any deviation.** **- Follow the emergency shutdown as and when required follow SOPs while startup or shutdown of the Plant""** **- Follow the procedure for waste management in shift.** **""- Identify report the unsafe act to immediate superior rectify it immediately** **- Promote highest safety standards and BBS(Behaviour Based Safety) by ensuring usage of the required PPE(Personal Protective Equipment) by self contract workers""** **- Follow all the TTD for shift operations** **- Maintain record of lab reports"** **Job specification** **Experience5 - 8 Years** **QualificationBE Chemical** Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
