**Preferred candidate profile** To ensure continuous operation of the DI Water, Rinse, Concentrate, reject water and Water Treatment Plant by maintaining the required water quality, system reliability, and safe operations to support uninterrupted production **Required Skills** 1. Steel & Metal Processing Plants 6. Power Plants **Role & responsibilities** 1. Operate and monitor Raw Water, UF, RO, EDI, Mixed Bed, and DI Water distribution systems. 2. Maintain DI water quality as per production specifications (Resistivity, Conductivity, Silica, TOC, pH). 3. Monitor DI Water, Rinse Water, Concentrate (Conc.), Reject Water and Alkaline systems. 4. Monitor pumps, valves, filters, chemical dosing systems, and storage tanks. 5. Record hourly operating parameters like record flow, pressure, conductivity, resistivity, TOC, pH and tank levels. and all meter consumption. 6. Coordinate with production for uninterrupted DI water supply. 7. Execute shift-wise preventive checks and first-level troubleshooting. 8. Ensure proper regeneration and chemical dosing activities. 9. Optimize water recovery and reduce reject generation. 10. Coordinate with the maintenance team during breakdowns, Identify abnormalities in pumps, motors, valves and instruments. 11. Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed. 12. Maintain shift logbook, record all water consumption data, prepare shift handover reports. 13. Maintain daily water quality parameter records. 14. Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the utility area. 15. Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures. 16. Ensure PPE compliance, Report unsafe conditions immediately.
