Siebel Administrator (IP17+ / Migration / Production Support)

Job description

We are hiring for a **Siebel Administrator** with strong experience in **Siebel IP17+ environments**, handling **installation, configuration, migration, and production support**. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM (IP17 and above) - Perform Siebel upgrades, migrations, and patching activities - Manage Siebel components including **Gateway, Enterprise Server, and Application Interface** - Execute deployment activities like **SRF compilation, DDL Sync, Export/Import** - Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning - Work on **Siebel Server Manager (srvrmgr)** for component management - Handle production support, incident resolution, and RCA - Support high availability environments with load balancing and clustering Required Skills: - 46 years of experience in **Siebel Administration** - Hands-on experience in **Siebel IP17+** - Experience in **migration / upgrade projects** - Strong knowledge of **Siebel Server, Gateway, and deployment activities** - Experience working on **Linux / Windows environments** - Good troubleshooting and log analysis skills Good to Have: - OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) - Experience with BI Publisher integration
