**Greetings from TCS!!** **TCS hiring for Siebel CRM Business Analyst** **Job Title: Siebel CRM Business Analyst** **Experience Range: 6- 15 Years** **Location:Hyderabad/Mumbai** **Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education** **Job Description:** **Business Analysis** - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. - Conduct workshops and discussions with business stakeholders. - Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow documents. - Perform gap analysis and recommend CRM solutions. - Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management. - Liaise between business users and technical teams. **Siebel Development** - Configure and customize Oracle Siebel applications. - Develop and modify Business Components, Business Objects, Applets, Views, Screens, and Workflows. - Create and maintain Siebel eScript and Siebel VB scripts. - Develop Workflow Processes and Runtime Events. - Configure Assignment Manager, Approval Manager, and Task UI. - Design and implement integrations with external applications. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance tuning recommendations. - Participate in application upgrades and deployment activities.
