Location: Gurugram only Experience : 5- 10 years **Required Skills** - Strong experience with **Siebel CRM 6.0 architecture and components** . - Proficiency in **Siebel Tools** , **Configuration** , **Scripting (eScript, VBScript)** . - Knowledge of **Oracle Database** , **SQL** , and **PL/SQL** . - Familiarity with **UNIX/Linux environments** and **shell scripting** . - Understanding of **Siebel EAI** , **Workflows** , and **Integration Objects** . - Experience in **performance tuning** and **troubleshooting** . - Good knowledge of **ITIL processes** .
