The role involves configuring and maintaining Sirion Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) modules according to business requirements and best practices, including workflows, templates, clause libraries, and integration points with upstream and downstream systems. The expert will collaborate with business stakeholders, legal teams, and IT partners to gather requirements, design configuration solutions, and support end-to-end implementation and testing. Daily tasks include troubleshooting configuration issues, optimizing system performance, preparing documentation, and supporting user onboarding and training. The role also requires close coordination with vendor teams and internal technical teams to manage releases, upgrades, and change requests while ensuring system stability and compliance. **Qualifications** - Strong expertise in Sirion CLM configuration, including workflows, templates, clause libraries, metadata, and user/role management. - Experience with contract lifecycle management processes, such as contract creation, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal. - Solid understanding of integration concepts (APIs, data flows, middleware) to connect Sirion CLM with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. - Skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design for contract and vendor management. - Ability to conduct functional testing, system validation, and user acceptance testing for new configurations and releases. - Experience preparing configuration documentation, user guides, and training materials, and supporting end-user training sessions. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and incident-resolution skills in an enterprise application environment. - Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience working in cross-functional, on-site teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant CLM or Sirion certifications are an advantage. - Experience in IT services or professional services organizations, If interested please share your resumes to sumathi.n@coforge.com
