SIT Lead / Integration Test Engineer

Job description

**Role Summary:** Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) efforts for ServiceNow integrations, ensuring end-to-end validation across enterprise systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute **SIT strategy and test plans** - Develop comprehensive **integration test cases and scenarios** - Validate integrations with systems like **Nexthink, Citrix, Ping ID, Workday, IAM** - Coordinate with development and business teams on test execution - Perform **defect triage, tracking, and resolution** - Ensure test coverage, traceability, and reporting **Required Skills:** - Experience in **ServiceNow SIT and integration testing** - Strong knowledge of **test methodologies and defect management tools** - Exposure to enterprise systems (**IAM, Workday, Citrix, etc.**) - Ability to lead testing cycles and stakeholder coordination
