*Position :* Site Care Partner/ Site Engagement Liaison Location: Mumbai (Office Based) **Role & responsibilities** As a Site Care Partner/ Site Engagement Liaison at ICON, you will foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. **What You Will Do:** You will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff. - Providing support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct. - Identifying opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site. - Monitoring site performance metrics and providing regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes. **Your Profile:** You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. - Bachelor's/ Master's degree in life sciences or a related field. - Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred. (i.e. right from Pre-Trials Assessment to Close outs) - Min. 2 years experience in Project Management or Clinical Trial Management in an MNC - Min 8+ years in Onsite monitoring experience with 5+ years in MNC - Should be responsible for complete Site Management - Should have SEC (Subject Expert Committee) presentation Skills to Regulatory Authorities (Preferred) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials. - Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%) Please apply to the link below or mail me at Moushami.Roy@iconplc.com, please mention TITLE as "Site Care Partner" https://icon.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/broadbean\\_external/job/India-Bangalore/Site-Engagement-Liaison\\_JR150510-1
