**PS Note : Candidates who can join immediately or within 10 days will be preferred.** **Engineer / Senior Engineer Civil Execution (site based role)** **Location:** **Kalyan Shilphata Site, Mumbai** **Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering **Experience:** 510Years **Job Summary** We are looking for a Senior Engineer Civil Execution with experience in high-rise residential projects to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, manage contractors, and deliver projects as per schedule. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute and monitor construction activities as per project schedule. - Supervise RCC, finishing, and MEP coordination at site. - Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and construction standards. - Coordinate with contractors, consultants, Stores, and Procurement teams. - Plan and monitor material, manpower, and equipment requirements. - Verify site materials and minimize wastage. - Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications. - Prepare daily progress reports, MIS, and site documentation. - Identify and escalate project risks or delays to the Project Manager. - Support smooth execution and timely project completion. **Desired Candidate Profile** - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - 510 years of experience in **high-rise residential building execution** with reputed real estate developers. - Strong exposure to RCC, finishing, MEP coordination, and contractor management. - Good knowledge of construction planning, quality control, and site execution. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. **Reporting To:** Project Head
