Site Compliance Officer

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations at site - Monitor and manage vendor compliance, including documentation and record maintenance - Verify and track compliance related to PF, ESIC, BOCW, and CLRA etc - Coordinate with vendors for timely submission of statutory documents - Maintain proper records and reports for audits and inspections - Support internal and external compliance audits - Liaise with authorities, consultants, and internal teams as required **Preferred candidate profile** - Vendor compliance management - Compliance clearance from Client (Principal Employer) - PF (Provident Fund), ESIC - BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers Act) - CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act)
