Site Engineer Location: Bengaluru **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Supervise Construction Activities:** Oversee day-to-day civil/interior construction activities to ensure they are executed efficiently and according to standards. **2. Project Execution:** Execute projects as per approved drawings and specifications, ensuring quality and compliance with client requirements. **3. Monitor Construction Tasks**: Keep a close eye on civil construction, bar bending, false ceilings, flooring, painting, partition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works. **4. Schedule Management:** Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and meets project deadlines. **5. Site Inspections and Reporting:** Conduct daily site inspections to assess progress and quality, and prepare detailed progress reports. 6. **Coordination:** Collaborate effectively with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. - **Two-Wheeler:** The candidate must have access to and be able to operate a two-wheeler.
