Job Summary: Responsible for **site execution, project coordination, quality, safety and technical compliance** for Civil and Electrical works across **Transmission Line and Substation projects**. Key Accountabilities Duty Statements **Supervising & Coordinating:** - Supervise and coordinate site activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules. - Coordinate with Construction Manager, client engineers, subcontractors and other project functions for smooth execution. - Supervise civil activities including **access roads, soil investigation, excavation, foundations, tower footing protection and other civil works**. - Supervise electrical activities including **tower assembly, tower erection, painting, stringing, equipment installation and commissioning** as applicable. - Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for project execution. - Ensure proper coordination between civil and electrical activities to meet project milestones. - Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works. - Conduct regular site inspections and monitor daily project activities. **Implementation:** - Ensure execution is as per **approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards and client requirements**. - Ensure appropriate materials, construction methods and concrete mixes are used as per approved specifications. - Implement quality and safety requirements at site and ensure compliance with project standards. - Coordinate excavation, foundation and other civil works for Transmission Line and Substation projects. - Coordinate tower erection, stringing and electrical installation/commissioning activities as applicable. - Maintain proper site documentation, records and technical compliance. - Prepare **DPR (Daily Progress Report)** and provide regular progress updates to the Construction Manager. - Organize **JMC (Joint Measurement Certificate)** meetings with the client after completion of relevant work phases and support billing/invoicing activities. - Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions and escalate critical concerns to the Construction Manager. - Ensure a safe and healthy working environment throughout project execution.
