Job description

Key Responsibilities - Execute interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and specifications. - Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor work progress. - Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors. - Ensure project milestones are achieved within the agreed timeline. - Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports. - Verify measurements, prepare BOQs, and track project quantities. - Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials to site. - Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials. - Identify site issues and resolve them proactively to avoid project delays. - Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout the execution phase. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. - Attend client meetings and provide project status updates. - Support project billing by verifying completed work and documentation. - Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure before project handover. - Coordinate final project handover and completion documentation. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - 1–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or turnkey project execution. - Experience in commercial, residential, retail, or corporate interior projects is preferred. Required Skills - Knowledge of interior finishing works and fit-out execution. - Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings. - Strong understanding of BOQs, measurements, and site documentation. - Good planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools. - Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet project deadlines. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
