Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Validate site conditions against approved drawings - Verify BOQ quantities and Design files  across modular & non-modular scope on site. - Identify design gaps and execution risks - Highlight missing line items during site validation - Deliver error-free validation reports within defined SLAs - You'll work closely with designers, project managers, vendors, and customers to ensure every project starts on solid ground. **Preferred candidate profile** - Strong site validation & measurement expertise - Hands-on experience in residential interiors - Good understanding of modular, civil, electrical & plumbing scope - Structured thinking with sharp attention to detail - Strong coordination and customer handling skills
