**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Ensure accurate and timely book closing processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards. - Conduct statutory audits and internal audits to identify areas for improvement in financial controls and risk management. - Develop and implement effective financial reporting procedures to provide stakeholders with transparent financial information. **Job Requirements :** - 5-9 years of experience in finance or accounting role within an NBFC industry. - Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, financial auditing, financial reporting, and statutory audit requirements. - Proficiency in preparing complex financial statements using various software tools such as Excel or specialized accounting software.
