**Job Purpose** Job Purpose Description **Accountability** **Supporting Actions** Achieve Targets related to Premium and NOP from Key identified relationships in order to contribute in overall growth of the company - To drive business & ensure the sales of the desired numbers through existing client relationships - To build on relationship with Group Credit Life Customers at the Central Level. - Facilitating a smooth on-boarding process for new clients Relationship Accountability for other Pan India relationships - Driving the Engagement strategy along with stitching the backend & front end for relationships, viz ABHFL and ABFL - Coordinate with the respective central teams to increase penetration - Driving the orphan credit life relationships, to activate and strategize accordingly - To accumulate market intelligence and effectively use it for defining future course of action on an ongoing basis - Backend support is provided as and when required and to manage client escalations as well as ensure Issuances are done on time by the team - Facilitating training sessions for Credit Life FOSs as well as clients sales teams as and when required.
