**Key Skills:** Steelindustry, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Operational Technology, IioT, Manufacturing **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead metals/steel industry IT-OT implementation and advisory for IIoT and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) programs. - Apply end-to-end understanding of steel making processes and identify IT-OT interventions across manufacturing workflows. - Support consulting and pre-sales assignments, including POVs and proposal inputs for smart manufacturing transformations. - Deliver customer presentations and techno-functional guidance from a smart manufacturing perspective for metals clients. - Conduct plant visits for assessments/due diligence to create and qualify opportunities for IT-OT and MES initiatives. **Skills Required:** - 15+ years of relevant experience in metals/steel manufacturing IT-OT, IIoT, and MES programs. - Iiot implementation and advisory experience in metals/steel manufacturing contexts. - Operational technology (ot) understanding across manufacturing environments and it-ot touchpoints. - Manufacturing execution systems (mes) project experience, including techno-functional delivery. - Steel industry knowledge to support end-to-end process mapping, analytics use cases, and transformation planning. Good to have: - Hands-on experience across manufacturing programs and broader manufacturing transformation initiatives. **Education:** Advanced degree in Engineering/Science/Technology or equivalent experience (degree details not specified).
