### SMB- HR Business Partner (HRBP) **Location:** Domlur, Bangalore – Work From Office **Experience:** 5-10 years ### About the Role We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on **HR Business Partner** who can support our **SMB business** in building high-performing teams. This role will anchor **Performance Management, Learning & Development, and People Analytics**, while driving culture, programs, and org effectiveness. ### Requirements ### What You’ll Own - Partner with SMB business on **org design, talent planning, and people strategy**. - Lead **Performance Management cycles**, OKR alignment & continuous feedback culture. - Drive **Learning & Development** programs, skills-gap analysis & capability building. - Own **People analytics**—attrition insights, engagement metrics, productivity dashboards. - Solve org challenges using data-driven insights & leadership partnership. - Manage employee experience interventions & governance. ### What Makes You a Great Fit - Experience as HRBP in a **fast-paced startup / scale-up environment.** - Experience in solving complex distribution and frontline workforce challenges - Strong grounding in performance systems & capability frameworks. - Excellent grip on **Google Sheets, data analysis, and insights storytelling.** - High empathy, problem-solving capability, and business acumen. **Requirements** - Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar. - Proven track record of aligning HR initiatives with business goals. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organization. - Surge to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
