A CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage. **Must Have Skills:** - MDM - Team Management, SLA Management - E2E Vendor & Customer Master Set, Chart of Accounts & Hierarchy, SOD & SOX Controls, ORACLE ERP, - Managing Internal Controls and Audits, Stakeholder Management, Advnace Excel - Architecture & Governance of Financial Master Data - Strategic Supplier & Vendor Master Ownership - Oracle ERP Enhancement & System Optimization - Compliance, Quality Auditing & SLA Management **Good-to-Have Skills:** - Act as the functional system owner for master data components, spearheading configurations, mass updates, and system data mapping utilizing advanced utility templates (e.g., FBDI, WebADI, or ADFDI). - Formulate, review, and enforce robust master data governance guidelines, Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, and SOX internal controls. - Lead the operational governance of the global Supplier and Vendor Master database, establishing standard workflows for complex multi-entity vendors, intercompany accounts, and payment terms routing. - Serve as the ultimate corporate authority on the design, deployment, and structural maintenance of the global Chart of Accounts (COA) and multi-segment accounting keys. - Govern organizational metadata by defining and mapping Business Units (BUs), Legal Entities, Cost Centers, and Department hierarchies to ensure flawless operational and segment reporting. **Job Responsibility** We are seeking an analytical, process-driven Financial Master Data Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive data governance and system integrity across our enterprise. In this role, you will serve as the principal authority for our core data domains, overseeing the architectural design and maintenance of our financial hierarchies and supply chain master profiles. With over 4 years of deep operational experience, you will leverage advanced capabilities within Oracle ERP to govern the Chart of Accounts (COA), Business Unit (BU)/Department structures, and global Supplier/Vendor Master accounts. You will act as the critical bridge between Corporate Finance, Procurement, Global IT, and internal control functions to eliminate operational roadblocks and implement automation strategies.
