Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or a CPA/ACCA/CA/CMA are highly preferred Must Have Skills: Daily Treasury Operations & Cash Management Cash Flow Forecasting & Capital Funding Bank Relationship Management & System Controls Oracle ERP System Ownership & Automation Accounting, Controls & Audit Compliance E2E Treasury & Cash Management, Liquidity Analysis, Cash Forecasting, Bank Relationship Management, ORACLE ERP Good-to-Have Skills: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or a CPA/ACCA/CA/CMA are highly preferred. - Experience: 4+ years of core experience in corporate treasury operations, liquidity management, or cash forecasting. - ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud/Fusion or E-Business Suite Cash Management and Treasury applications) is mandatory. - Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of global clearing mechanics (SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, SEPA), bank balance reporting formats (BAI2, MT940, XML ISO 20022), and working capital cycles,ORACLE ERP, Hyperion, Power BI, Advance Excel Job Responsibility We are seeking an analytical, risk-aware Treasury & Cash Management Analyst with over 4 years of dedicated corporate treasury experience to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day liquidity management, cash visibility, and short-term funding operations of the company. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of banking infrastructure and cash-flow forecasting with advanced hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP (specifically Treasury and Cash Management modules) to optimize our working capital, secure daily funding, and minimize banking frictional costs.
