**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced SMT Production Engineer to manage and drive daily production activities on SMT lines using Panasonic and Fuji machines. The role focuses on achieving production targets, minimizing downtime, and ensuring quality output in a high-volume EMS environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle end-to-end **SMT line production** (Printing, Pick & Place, Reflow) - Operate and supervise **Panasonic (NPM series)** and **Fuji (NXT series)** machines - Ensure smooth line running with minimum downtime and maximum efficiency - Monitor hourly output, productivity, and achieve daily production targets - Perform line setup, feeder arrangement, and quick changeovers - Coordinate with Maintenance team for machine breakdowns and quick resolution - Control rejection, rework, and ensure adherence to quality standards - Monitor solder paste printing, component placement accuracy, and reflow profiles - Maintain production reports, shift logs, and output tracking - Manage manpower on SMT lines and ensure proper shift planning - Follow ESD, safety, and 5S practices on the shop floor **Required Skills & Expertise** - Hands-on experience with **Panasonic & Fuji SMT machines** - Strong knowledge of SMT production processes and line balancing - Ability to handle high-volume production and meet strict deadlines - Good coordination and team handling skills
