**Job Description:** - ------------------- * We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Administrator with 5 years of hands on experience in managing administering and optimizing Snowflake Data Cloud environments * The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform stability performance tuning security cost optimization and operational support of Snowflake across multiple environments **Key Responsibilities:** - ------------------------ * Snowflake Administration Operations * Administer and manage Snowflake environments Dev Test UAT Prod * Configure and manage virtual warehouses databases schemas and resource monitors * Monitor system performance query execution and warehouse utilization * Participate in Snowflake account setup configuration and upgrades * Security Access Management * Manage users roles privileges and role hierarchy * Implement role based access control RBAC * Integrate Snowflake with SSO Azure AD Okta **Technical Requirements:** - -------------------------- * 5 years of experience as a Snowflake Administrator * Strong hands on experience with Snowflake Data Cloud * Deep understanding of * Snowflake architecture * Virtual warehouses * Micro partitions * Time Travel and Fail safe * Experience with SQL performance tuning * Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP * Experience with Linux Unix environments * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills * Good communication and stakeholder management skills * Good to Have Preferred Skills * Experience with Snowflake replication and failover * Exposure to Snowflake data sharing * Automation using Python or PowerShell * Experience integrating Snowflake with ETL tools Informatica ADF Airflow * Snowflake Certification SnowPro Core Advanced * Experience with ITSM tools ServiceNow Remedy **Preferred Skills:** - -------------------- Technology-\>Data on Cloud-DataStore-\>Snowflake,Technology-\>Database administration-\>mySQL administration
