Qualifications & Skills: EDUCATION Bachelor/Post Graduate in Engineering IT, CS, ECE & EEE or Equivalent BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization • Outstanding Technical leader with proven track record in managing multi software programs towards successful delivery. • Be Innovative and demonstrate to peers and implement in creation of Reference Libraries, reusable codes, and model based developments. • Ability to drive through all obstacles, collaboration with global team in different geo • Flair to Learn technologies specific to Railway domain. • Team Player with prior experience in working with European customer is not mandatory but preferable. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE • 15+ years of experience in the product and software development preferably in complex embedded systems • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD development, including maintaining and sustaining CI/CD frameworks • Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang or , Rust, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and in Microservices development • Experience with RTOS (Linux, VX Works) or equivalent • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and containerization • Knowledge of Ethernet protocols such as TCP/IP • Familiarity with standards such as CENELEC SIL4 / DO178A / DO178B • Demonstrated ability to guide, influence, and collaborate in a matrix organization • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset • Experience working with European customers is a plus but not mandatory RESTRICT ED • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills • Analytical and strategic thinking; ability to make data driven decisions • Autonomy, adaptability, customer centricity, and collaboration mindset Language Skills: • Programming: GO, Rust, scripting languages (e.g., Python), Microservices • Docker, Kubernetes and containerization • Multi core / Multi-Threading - Linux, VX Works, QNX • Protocols TCP/IP, CIP, MVB • Standards: CENELEC SIL4 / DO178A / DO178B
