**Location:** Pune **Experience Level:** 3–5 Years **Role Overview** As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Dynamics 365, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions and extensions for our Dynamics 365 Sales Hub. You will leverage your deep expertise in the Microsoft stack to create robust, scalable, and high-performing applications that align with complex business requirements. **Key Responsibilities** - **Solution Architecture:** Design and develop end-to-end customizations for Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, including plugins, custom workflow activities, and API integrations. - **Development:** Write clean, scalable code using **.NET (C#)** and **JavaScript/TypeScript** to extend platform capabilities. - **Cloud Integration:** Leverage **Azure** services (such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus) to build modern, cloud-native integrations. - **Platform Mastery:** Perform advanced configuration, customization, and synchronization of the Dynamics 365 platform. - **Collaboration & Mentorship:** Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and provide guidance to junior developers. - **Quality Assurance:** Utilize **GitHub** for version control and lead code reviews to ensure best practices and performance optimization. **Technical Skills** - **Must-Have:** Proficiency in .NET (C#), Microsoft Azure, and Dynamics 365. - **Core Skills:** Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and the Power Platform ecosystem. - **Tools:** Hands-on experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines. - **Frameworks:** Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 SDK and Web API.
