We seeking a passionate Software Developer who is aindividual contributor thrives in product development and deployment, and can help clients navigate the opportunities and challenges of multi-vendor system integration in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have: - Strong analytical and programming skills using OOAD, Design Patterns, UML modelling. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead a diverse team of engineers (employees and partners) to drive end-to-end feature development, ensuring collaboration across global locations. - Perform requirement analysis, application development, and unit testing in line with design specifications. - Develop high-performance, robust, and scalable components for software applications. - Communicate and review design approaches with stakeholders. - Support customer integration activities, lab trials, and field trials. - Collaborate closely with Fujitsu's development teams to provide seamless customer support. - Manage the full SDLC in an offshore delivery model. **Desired Skills & Qualifications** - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. - Experience: Minimum 3 years in software development, preferably in the telecommunication or any domain. **Technical Skills:** - Backend: Java Spring Boot-based microservices development. - Frontend: Angular, React JS, Redux/Context API, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap, JSON, responsive design (preferred). - Containerized Ecosystem: RKE2/K8S/OKD/OCP; hands-on knowledge of microservice ecosystems like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK (plus). - Databases: MongoDB, Cassandra, HDFS. - Platforms/Tools: Apache Kafka, Nifi, Spark; authentication/authorization tools like LDAP, Keycloak, ISTIO. - Interfaces: SNMP, REST, Netconf, TL1; exposure to data models (SMI, Yang, TOSCA) is a plus. - Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban). - Domain Knowledge: Service Assurance Products, Telecommunications technologies (SONET, DWDM, OTN standards, IP routing protocols OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, Ethernet). - Additional Plus: Active contributions to open-source community
