Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. - Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance. - Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. - Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence across the team. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust, long-term solutions. - Drive continuous improvement in development processes and engineering standards. **Required Skills** - 6+ years of experience in software development. - Strong proficiency in **Node.js** **(MERN)** is a must. Expertise in **Java** and **Python** are added advantage**.** - Experience with **microservices architecture** and **RESTful APIs**. - Strong knowledge of **SQL/NoSQL databases** (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). - Hands-on experience with **AWS/Azure/GCP** cloud platforms. - Familiarity with **Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines**. - Strong understanding of **Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design**. - Experience with **Git**, Agile methodologies, and modern development practices. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience building scalable enterprise or SaaS applications. - Exposure to DevOps, cloud-native development, and distributed systems is preferred.
