In this role, you will partner with business and technical teams to design and document requirements, and develop technical strategies and software roadmaps for delivery of features. You will be leading a passionate group of engineers in architecting and developing large scale distributed technology solutions and also innovating new ideas and providing technology directions to our business.You'll balance immediate deliverables with planning for longer-term architectural improvements, all while leading your team through development cycles measured in weeks, not years. You'll spend time mentoring engineers, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring your team has what they need to deliver exceptional results.
