Join us and redefine what’s next for you **Responsibilities** **What you will do:** - Designs and develops robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Golang and Python to support HPE hybrid cloud products and Technical Support Engineer workflows. - Analyzes technical support requirements and determines backend architecture, programming, and integration activities required based on TSE operational needs and PEAK initiative objectives. - Writes and executes comprehensive testing plans, protocols, and documentation for backend systems; identifies, debugs, and creates solutions for issues with code integration into HPE hybrid cloud support platforms. - Leads project teams of backend developers and coordinates with internal teams and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality backend solutions for technical support applications. - Collaborates and communicates with Technical Support Engineers, management, and development partners regarding backend system design status, project progress, and issue resolution for support-related applications. - Represents the backend development team for all phases of technical support platform development projects and provides architectural guidance for TSE tool integration. - Develops automation tools and diagnostic utilities that enhance Technical Support Engineer productivity and PEAK performance metrics. - Creates data processing pipelines and analytics backends that support hybrid cloud telemetry, monitoring, and customer insights for technical support teams. - Implements integration layers between HPE hybrid cloud products (GreenLake, Ezmeral, SimpliVity) and technical support platforms. - Provides technical guidance and mentoring to less-experienced backend developers working on support engineering projects. **What You Need To Bring** - Education and Experience Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - Typically 6-8 years of professional backend development experience with demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level systems. - Proven experience supporting technical support organizations or customer-facing engineering teams. - Experience with hybrid cloud technologies and enterprise infrastructure solutions. **Knowledge And Skills** - Expert-level proficiency in Golang programming with experience building production backend systems and microservices. - Advanced Python programming skills with expertise in frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask for backend development. - Deep knowledge of HPE hybrid cloud products, including GreenLake, Ezmeral, and SimpliVity platforms. - Expertise in backend system design patterns, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. - Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native development practices. - Proficiency in database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and data modeling for support applications. - Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for backend system health. - Understanding of technical support processes, ITIL frameworks, and customer success methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical support automation challenges. - Backend systems testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
