Software Engineer

Job description

Responsibilities - **CI/CD Pipelines** Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines (Jenkins or GitLab CI). - **Infrastructure as Code** — Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform. - **Cloud Operations** — Manage and optimize workloads on AWS or Azure including compute, networking, storage, and security. - **Containerization & Orchestration** — Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or AKS). - **Monitoring & Observability** — Implement logging, metrics, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and Open telemetry. - **Security & Compliance** — Embed DevSecOps practices into pipelines; manage secrets, access controls, dependency scanning and vulnerability scanning (Preferably GitLab Security). - **Client Facing Support** — Act as a technical point of contact for clients regarding production environment health, deployments, and incident escalations. - **Collaboration** — Work closely with developers, architects, and product teams to support platform needs and best practices.
