**About the Role** Join the CX Testing team to validate the quality, performance, and scalability of every release from the customer's perspective. You'll own performance validation end to end β€” workload design, load/stress/endurance testing, bottleneck analysis, and root-cause triage β€” across On-prem and SaaS environments. We're looking for someone hands-on and analytical who folds modern AI tooling (agents, LLMs) into the testing workflow to move faster. **What You'll Do** - Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for new features and releases - Build and maintain automated performance scripts (JMeter, Locust, Gatling, K6, or similar) - Run API performance testing against REST endpoints and backend systems - Analyse metrics, isolate bottlenecks, and deliver actionable recommendations to dev teams - Establish baselines and track performance regressions across releases - Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions) - Drive performance triage and root-cause analysis through to resolution - Leverage AI agents and LLMs to accelerate test creation, log/metric analysis, and triage **Must-Have** - 4+ years in performance or API testing only / UI and API Testing - Load testing framework expertise (Locust/JMeter//Gatling/K6) with Python or Java - API testing proficiency β€” REST APIs, HTTP protocols, backend systems - Strong Python or Java scripting skills - CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins preferred) - Performance analysis with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc) - Working knowledge of AI tooling β€” agents and LLMs in a testing/analysis context - Solid grasp of distributed systems, system architecture, and database context. - Git/GitHub; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) **Nice-to-Have** - Load-testing data/analytics platforms, databases - Resource allocation management, reviewing logs, finding RCA. - Reproducing and triaging real customer-reported production issues
