For more information, visit Lowes India **Job Summary:** We are looking for a talented BMC Remedy Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the BMC Helix ITSM Suite and a focus on enhancing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. This role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and ongoing support, as well as the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. **Core Responsibilities:** - Configure, deploy, and maintain the BMC ITSM Suite, including modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management. - Customize and integrate workflows, forms, and applications within BMC Helix to align with business requirements. - Enable seamless integration of BMC Helix with internal systems and third-party applications using REST APIs, AI Spoon Jobs, and other integration techniques. - Drive the adoption of ITIL best practices and support their implementation across the organization. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored ITSM solutions. **Years of Experience** - 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the BMC Helix platform. **Skill Set Required** - Experience with the BMC Helix platform - Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM best practices. - Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM best practices. - Familiarity with PWA, DWPC, and Innovation Suite functionalities. - Proficiency with the AI Spoon Client. - Strong skills in custom development, API integrations, and workflow automation.
