                                                                                                   Software Engineer-Angular  (Chennai) We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in modern web application development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Angular and modern frontend technologies. The role involves developing and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, a collaborative mindset, and an eagerness to learn emerging technologies, including AI and GenAI capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications using Angular and related technologies. • Implement features based on business and technical requirements. • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Developers. • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following engineering best practices. • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback. • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services. • Troubleshoot application issues and support defect resolution. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. • Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and quality engineering practices. Required Technical Skills • Angular • TypeScript • JavaScript (ES6+) • HTML5 • CSS3 / SCSS • Node.js • REST API integration • Git / GitHub • GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools • Unit testing using:• Jest • Karma/Jasmine Good-to-Have Technical Skills • Python development experience • Exposure to Generative AI technologies and AI-driven applications • Prompt Engineering • Experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) • LangChain or similar AI orchestration frameworks • Datadog / Coralogix • SonarQube / GitHub CodeQL / Cycode • Playwright / Cypress / Selenium Required Soft Skills • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. • Strong ownership and accountability for assigned tasks. • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies. • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
