Mandatory Technical Skills - SQL - ServiceNow - Jira - Advanced Microsoft Excel - XML / JSON - API Troubleshooting (Postman / SOAP UI) - Incident & Problem Management - Log Analysis & Troubleshooting - Power BI - Python - Integration and Data Flow Knowledge - Experience with MDM or Market Data Platforms Experience & Qualifications - 3+ years in Application Support, Master Data Management, Market Data Services or Data Governance - Experience supporting business-critical applications - Commodities trading, finance or Middle Office experience is an advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently within global teams
