Employment Type Full-Time - **Job Summary** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior RPA Developer to join our automation team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in automation technologies, process improvement, and software development. - **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in developing automation workflows using UiPath Studio. - Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. - Create, test, and deploy simple RPA solutions under the guidance of senior developers. - Debug and troubleshoot automation issues. - Prepare technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and user guides. - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution. - Monitor bot execution and provide production support when required. - Follow coding standards and best practices for RPA development. - Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams. **Required Skills** 1. **Technical Skills** - Basic understanding of UiPath Studio and RPA concepts. - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows applications. - Familiarity with programming concepts such as variables, loops, conditions, and exception handling. - Basic understanding of databases and SQL is an advantage. - Knowledge of APIs and web automation is a plus. 1. **Soft Skills** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to learn new technologies. - Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment. - **Educational Qualification** - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, BCA, MCA, or related field. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - **Preferred Qualifications** - UiPath Academy certifications or completion of UiPath training courses. - Exposure to automation projects during internships or academic projects. - Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or software testing concepts.
