Job description

**Key Skills:** KPI, People Management, QCD, Operational KPIs, Embedded System, Embedded C, Kubernetes, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Contribute to software development, specification, and architecture in collaboration with Product Owner and Software Architects. - Drive and manage end-to-end embedded software development activities in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Manage software development execution within QCD commitments, including KPI tracking and reporting. - Ensure on-time delivery, change management execution, and organize technical design reviews with QCD reporting. - Lead safety and critical issue resolution, including cybersecurity and major availability challenges. **Skills Required:** - 15+ years of experience managing/leading complex embedded software projects. - Embedded C and embedded system software development experience. - People management with the ability to lead teams and manage resources across complex programs. - Strong QCD ownership with KPI management and operational KPI reporting. - Agile/Scrum delivery leadership and software lifecycle execution (design, analysis, development, testing, delivery). Good to Have: - Kubernetes and containerization experience (Docker/Kubernetes). **Education:** B.Tech / B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in Engineering (IT, CS, ECE, EEE) or equivalent.
